Publisher Terms & Acceptable Use
- Content Standards. All images, logos, copy, and descriptions must be appropriate and compliant with applicable laws. Prohibited content includes (without limitation): nudity or sexual content, hate or harassment, incitement to violence, deceptive or misleading statements, and any content that infringes third-party rights.
- Strict Ban on Investment Advice. You may not provide investment advice or imply it in any way. This includes price predictions, performance claims, trading tips, token sale solicitations, “financial returns,” or language encouraging users to buy, sell, or hold. Adding a disclaimer does not permit these activities.
- Safety & Integrity; Our Right to Remove. Xclu.vip may review and remove any asset or page at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe it is a scam, unsafe, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise harmful to users or the public. We may request proof of rights/ownership; failure to provide it can result in removal.
- Subscription Consequences; No Refunds on Violations. If we remove assets or suspend/terminate an account for any breach of these terms (including scams or dangerous content), your subscription will be cancelled immediately and no refunds will be issued for any current billing period.
- Enforcement. Any breach of these rules may lead to content takedown, account suspension, or permanent account deletion. Repeated or severe violations will result in immediate account removal.
- License to Display. You grant Xclu.vip a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote your submitted content on our services. You retain all ownership rights.
- Disclaimers & Liability. The Xclu.vip platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xclu.vip is not liable for losses arising from listings, visibility, or third-party actions. Nothing on Xclu.vip constitutes investment advice.
- Changes. We may update these terms; material updates will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
